Transplant Check app
App privacy policy.
What the Transplant Check iPhone app keeps on your phone, what it sends and how it’s protected. The website has its own privacy page.
Who we are.
Transplant Check is made by Mental Wealth Solutions.

This policy covers the iPhone app. For the website, see Privacy and site use.
What stays on your phone.
Your saved centers, your choice, your questions and your notes stay on your phone, protected by iPhone encryption.
You can add a Face ID or passcode lock.
What the app sends, and only after you pair it.
Once you pair the app with your dialysis unit at your chair, it talks only to your own unit’s server.
Your dialysis unit receives this information. Mental Wealth Solutions does not.
- Your center choice
- Sent after you confirm it, so your unit can record it.
- Your authorizations
- Your yes when you approve a request your unit prepared.
- Status requests
- So the app can show your own updates from your unit.
How it’s protected on the way.
Your phone and your unit use an encrypted connection that passes through a relay we run on Amazon Web Services.
The relay can’t read what passes through it. It sees only which unit is contacted, when, and how much. It keeps no copy of what’s sent and doesn’t log your phone’s address.
Your phone’s key.
When you pair, the app makes a key for your phone. The private half never leaves your phone.
Your unit keeps only the public half, to recognize your phone. Unpairing removes it.
What we don’t do.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no sign-in, and no selling or sharing of your information.
The demo.
If you tap Try the demo, the app connects to a demo server with made-up information.
Don’t enter real information there.
Calls for help.
Tapping 988 or 911 opens your phone’s calling or texting. The app doesn’t record it.
Deleting your information.
Erase everything removes all app information from your phone and unpairs it.
Information your unit already received is kept by your unit under its own policies, so ask your unit about it.
Changes.
We’ll post a new effective date and a short note when this policy changes.
